My item didn't arrive, or arrived damaged or defective.

Oh no! We'd love to help you assemble a replacement but first you'll have to contact the Angi partner you placed the order with for assistance with the damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item. We've provided details below for each of our partnerships brands:


You can call Ashley at (866)-436-3393 or check out their help page. Once your new item has been processed by Ashley, Angi can set up a replacement booking to have your item assembled, just let us know when your item has arrived!
