How do I reschedule my booking?

 

Please Note: If you're having trouble rescheduling your booking through the links in your email or through the Angi platform, please reach out to our customer experience agents using the red chat icon in the bottom right corner. Our agents will be happy to help you get your booking rescheduled to a time that works for you.


Our Angi partners give us a delivery estimate so we can make sure to schedule your assembly after your items should have arrived. We recommend keeping that time to ensure a smooth service. However, if your shipment arrives early, we're glad to move the booking up for you.

You can reschedule and manage your assembly booking details through the Angi app. You can also manage your account on Angi.com. If it’s your first time logging in, all you’ll need to do is follow the password creation link and use the email address from your order with our Angi partner.

  1. Open your app or Angi.com, login to your account and go to your Projects tab
    • If you need help resetting your password or logging in, see the article here
  2. Select the project you’d like to change
  3. Select either the "Reschedule or Cancel" link
  4. The app will walk you through the final steps to pick a new time!

  1. Login to your account and go to your My Projects page.
  2. Select the project you’d like to change
  3. Select either the "Reschedule or Cancel" link to the right
  4. The site will walk you through the final steps to pick a new time!
