How do I cancel my booking?

We're sorry to hear that you're cancelling!

You can reschedule or cancel your assembly booking details through the Angi app. You can also manage your account on Angi.com.

  1. Open your app or Angi.com, login to your account and go to your Projects tab
    • If you need help resetting your password or logging in, see the article here
  2. Select the project card for the Project you’d like to change
  3. Select the "Manage Booking" button, and choose Reschedule or Cancel
  4. The app will walk you through the final steps to pick a new time or confirm your cancellation

If it’s your first time logging in, all you’ll need to do is follow the password creation link and use the email address from your order with our Angi partner.

Following the cancellation of your booking, you'll receive a confirmation email confirming the Angi service has been cancelled and details regarding any applicable refund. If you need to return your items, please contact the Angi partner that you booked through so that they can provide detailed return information.
